I easily love this product! But you do have to get the hang of it, and it is not for novice bakers. The former Ka beater will work great for some things. But as others have said, for anything sticky, gooey, or prone to stick to the sides of the bowl, this beater makes for quick and easy work.

But take it slow at first - you have to watch both speed, and time, or you will have a very overmixed batter, and yes, flour can fly (but that happens with Ka's beater too). My banana bread was faster and easier than ever in the 20 years I have been production it. Even the not soft sufficient butter creamed up in less than a minute. easily no scraping needed, I went from step one to into the pan in easily 2 minutes. As for flour flying, just add dry ingredients a small at a time, with the engine on a low speed until they start to incorporate, then turn it up and let this baby work!
